1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and g777bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available on the g777bat website and any associated mobile applications or progressive web app interfaces.

By creating an account on g777bat, by clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

g777bat reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are published in English and are intended for players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. All time references use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of the g777bat platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to participate in gambling activities. g777bat operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a person who has previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the g777bat platform for any reason;

g777bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending compliance review.

Geographic eligibility: g777bat is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. g777bat is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration or thereafter.

3.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, confidential password for your g777bat account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. g777bat will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from g777bat that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You must notify g777bat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security. g777bat accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. Where unauthorised access is reported, g777bat will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include temporarily suspending access pending identity verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

g777bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by g777bat, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your g777bat account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. g777bat does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. g777bat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large relative to recent deposit history or where account activity patterns are inconsistent with normal play.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered to the same account holder as the g777bat account. The specific payment method available for withdrawal may be subject to the same method used for the most recent deposit, depending on the payment provider's terms.

4.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a g777bat deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. g777bat will contest any such chargeback and will pursue recovery of any resulting costs. Accounts where chargebacks have been initiated will be suspended immediately pending resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

g777bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotional campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made;
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements — the eligible game list is specified in each promotion's terms;
• Bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the account, after which they expire and are removed without replacement;
• g777bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering completion process.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the g777bat welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Subsequent deposits, even from the same player under a new account, are not eligible for the welcome bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

g777bat employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using technical exploits to influence bonus outcomes, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on g777bat are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics and payouts.

6.1 Game Integrity

Malfunction voids all pays and all plays affected by the error.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the g777bat platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately and must not be exploited;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event;
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from g777bat;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards g777bat staff or other players in any communication channel.

g777bat reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Where suspicious activity is identified, g777bat may place a temporary hold on the account and associated funds pending investigation without prior notice. During any such investigation, g777bat will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from the temporary restriction of access.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your g777bat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to processing a voluntary closure request, g777bat will require you to withdraw any available balance in your account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion through the platform's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and can be made for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or on a permanent basis. 8.3 Suspension by g777bat

g777bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;
• Fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity is suspected;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• g777bat is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed by g777bat due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account will be held by g777bat pending completion of the investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, g777bat reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance to offset losses caused by the breach. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via a verified payment method.

8.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, game play, or bet placement for a continuous period of 12 months. g777bat will provide written notice to the registered email address prior to applying any inactive account charges. After the 12-month inactivity period, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
